About Me

Liz: I am the mother of five grown children who are now starting families of their own so to say that I have 'been there, done that' is an understatement! I decided to start this blog when I saw them struggling to pull family meals together and making the same (wrong) decisions I made. Through the years, I discovered that menu planning really works and that there are techniques to getting dinner on the table quickly night-after-night! Entering eBiz has been a fun challenge for me.
